You have hundreds/thousands of Facebook friends you’ve amassed over the past decade. You lost touch with some of these friends, you grew closer with others, and you met new people. Now you can finally hit refresh.

In a matter of seconds we use your Facebook photos to produce a shorter list of people we reckon you still hang out with today (we make it easy to correct us when we get it wrong). This list is called your ‘150’.

Then we deliver the first truly post-digital* social network, 150 (‘One-fifty’), built around actually seeing those close to you.

- Friends you talk to most are ‘red’ friends, least are ‘blue’ (‘orange’ and ‘yellow’ in-between)

- We introduce ‘Meetups’, a flexible, fast, simple way to get together with your ‘150’ for pub dinners, movie nights, house parties - you get the idea

- ‘Heat’ is the social gravity of a Meetup group for you. ‘How hots Jimmy’s right now?’

- ‘Heat’ uses Bluetooth Low Energy to adjust heat based on who actually showed up - for when people bail

- Each Meetup has an attached name, time, chat, flexible location and duration, and shared Meetup camera

- Using the shared Meetup camera, groups that want to turn their small get togethers into big ones can put themselves on a map for their close friends to see

- The map is a simple way to see Meetups involving your 150 that you might want to join. Its organised by 150 colour and ‘heat’



* ‘Post-digital’ references the fact that friendship in the real world is not binary, the uncertain n-perspective structure of human social networks and our feeling that BBQs with close friends are simply better than looking at an electronic screen.
